Position Overview（overseas）
Recruiting sales locally and overseeing work progress for the company, managing the sales team.
1.Develop and optimize the human resource management system to ensure that the company's human resource management in line with laws and regulations and corporate culture requirements.
2.Recruitment and selection: responsible for staff recruitment, interviews, selection and onboarding training, to ensure that the recruited talent meets the company's needs.
3.Training and development: responsible for staff recruitment, interviews and training, to ensure that the recruited talent meets the company's needs.
3. Training and development: organize and implement staff training programs to enhance the professional skills and overall quality of employees and promote the personal development of employees.
4. Compensation and Benefit Management: Design and optimize the compensation and benefit system to ensure the reasonableness and competitiveness of employee compensation and benefits.
5.Employee Relationship Management: Handle employee complaints and disputes, maintain good employee relations, and improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
1.Educational background:Bachelor degree or above, preferably in human resource management or related majors.
2.Work experience:3-5 years work experience in human resource management, familiar with all modules of human resource management.
3.Skills:Familiar with labor law, social security and other related laws and regulations, strong interpersonal communication, organizational coordination and problem solving skills.
4. Personal qualities: honesty and integrity, strong sense of responsibility, a high degree of teamwork and stress resistance.
