Duties & Responsibilities:
Human Resources
lCommunicate company core values, mission and vision to all Staff to ensure these values are driven down through all levels.
lReview, develop and align HR strategy and policy in compliance with business needs from short-term and long-term perspective.
lReview and align organizational and compensation structure to support business development plans.
lManage full spectrum of HR services including recruiting, staffing, employment administration and employee termination, employee training and development, performance evaluation coordination, employee relations and communication, etc.
lManaging and performing the recruitment process and selection strategy, fulfill the opening in a shorter lead time; be consultant in hiring & selection with solid knowledge;
lEnsure sufficient workforce and talent development;
lDeveloping and maintaining employee database and personal file;
lOnboarding and further employee trainings: Provide essential training such as new employee orientation, performance training, as well as develop new training due to meet departmental and/or employee needs. Assist to organize the training & development programs, and assist in preparing proposals on management succession planning and employee training programs.
lPerformance Review: Supporting the review of employees' performance when probation ends, on an annual basis or at critical moments.
lProvides timely information and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees on various human resource issues, i.e. reviews, employee relations, compensation, performance improvement, etc.
lPursue and maintain healthy and effective employee relations; Ensure smooth and sufficient internal communication;
lDeveloping company policies which should be in line with governmental and local rules, reviewing with management and supervising the implementation of the policies;
l Handling of expatriate employment etc.
Requirements:
lAge above 40 years old, presentable and healthy;
lBachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, English, Business or related subjects.
lAt least 20 years solid work experience in HR filed of multinational company, experiences working in wholesaling or retailing companies of high-end products are preferred;
lHR knowledge and experiences in whole Asia-Pacific region including China, Japan etc. are preferred.
lAt least 8 years managing experience including 5 years senior managing experiences; independent management style; high-degree of responsibility,
lHigh degree of fluency in spoken and written English;
lStrong communication and interpersonal skills;
lStrong personality, results-driven, hardworking, attention to details, hands-on working style, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline;
