Human Resources Director needed for Aviation/Defense Contractor

An Aviation Defense and Commercial Maintenance Contractor is looking for a Human Resources Director. We are recruiting a professional who has had 3-5 years in Human Resources and 2+ years in Management. Industry professionals or strong sales skills are preferred but not required. Job duties include but are not limited to: developing expense budget, performance evaluations, talent management, and recruiting.
