Job Description
Role Summary:
- Provide full spectrum of human resources functions, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection and employee relations;
- Support in recruitment and employment process, job advertisement, screening process and coordinating interviews;
- Support in compensation & benefits functions including payroll management, medical plan, pension scheme and leave management;
- Involve in updating human resources policies and procedures;
- Participate in survey and salary benchmarking and conduct market analysis;
- Maintain human resources database and personnel records; and
- To participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in various human resources functions, preferably in established corporations or multi-national companies;
- A positive team player and able to achieve multi-tasks in a fast-paced working environment;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Knowledge of “Workday” is an advantage and
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Work and PowerPoint.
