Responsibilities:

• Partner with line managers to deliver and fulfill manpower needs to ensure sufficient workforce to support the business growth
• Execute full range of recruitment process from posting job advertisements, screening to making offers and getting appointees onboard
• Proactively deploy effective recruitment strategies and explore new channels for sourcing candidates
• Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies and practices to ensure due diligence and compliance with statutory requirements
• Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR experience preferably gained from sizable organizations with solid experience in mass recruitment
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislations
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, detail-minded and be able to work under a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
