Job Description
1. According to the company's development strategy, organize the formulation of short, medium and long-term human resources work plans, formulate a set of human resources management systems and organize their implementation;
2. Establish and improve the human resources management system, formulate and organize the implementation of human resources management systems (including recruitment, training, performance, remuneration and employee development, etc.);
3. Fully responsible for the daily work of the company's human resources department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of department employees;
4. Strengthen the forecasting and overall planning of the company's human resources, and reasonably adjust the organizational structure, personnel structure, wages and benefits according to the operating conditions and market conditions of each project;
5. Responsible for the construction of the company's core team and the core backbone of the business team, promote the core talent echelon training plan within the company, establish a talent echelon building plan, identify talents within the company, focus on following up talent growth, and deliver talents for the group's strategic development;
6. Responsible for department team management, good at screening and selection of all kinds of middle and senior talents, improve the company's talent reserve and echelon construction;
7. According to the group strategy, formulate recruitment plans and accurately formulate talent portraits; select executives and professionals with suitable values ​​through recruitment channels such as websites and local recruitment platforms in South America;
8. Implement and review the performance management system, establish a scientific and effective management system, and be responsible for the application of performance results (including: promotion/salary increase/demotion/salary reduction/demotion/elimination);
9. Establish a harmonious employee relationship system.
