We are looking for an intern to join our Human Resources Management team for 13 months commencing July 2020. The principle role of Human Resource Management is to support the MINI production operations including: capacity planning and organisation management, Disciplinary related matters, salary and grade changes, working closely with the Manufacturing areas on all aspects of managing people including. Responsible for development, training and recruitment. Responsible for Key performance indicators and targets to name a few.

As part of a core team, you will have the opportunity be involved in all aspects of departmental activities. You will have the opportunity to interface with management and participate in the decision making processes. The role will require good IT skills as you will be expected to support a number of HR IT Initiatives.

What awaits you?

• Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring that the electronic dashboard and process KPI’s are updated on a weekly basis.
• Supporting the workforce on daily enquires.
• Supporting of all management levels and all HR administration duties as required.
• Using SAP to provide adhoc queries and information to both the HR and management teams.
• Support the Project Management Office with coordination of HR projects and enablers including the preparation of presentations.
• Supporting the yearly remuneration and assessment.
• Support and maintenance of the HR Intranet page.

• Studying towards a relevant degree and on track to achieve to achieve a 2:1 (Equivalent) or above.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of the German Language is advantageous but not essential.
• Experienced Microsoft Office user including Excel, Powerpoint and Word and ideally knowledge of SAP.
• A Driving Licence is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to work flexibly.
