Responsibilities:

• Oversea full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, training & development
• Design and implement strategic hiring initiatives, employer branding and retention strategies
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and regular team-building events
• Provide HR & administration analysis and solutions
• Provide advice and counseling to line managers and employees on all staff related matters
• Participate in various HR projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in all round HR functions
• Experience in F&B industry is a must
• Well versed in HK employment ordinance and employment related legislation
• Resilient, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• A good team player and able to meet tight deadlines and challenges
• Strong in leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua
