Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide a broad range of human resource support to business including staffing, C&B, talent assessment and development etc in conjunction with Centers of Excellence.
- Partner with business leaders to set both long term and short term organization strategy and implement strategic HR initiatives to ensure the ultimate effectiveness of the organization.
- Employee Relations and drive employee engagement
- Implement talent retention strategy like Management Resource Review (Talent review and succession planning) and other initiatives.
- Coach, support and advice the client managers in people management, organization and employee relations matters.
- Workforce planning in order to ensure the optimal resources and structure.
- Lead HR related projects from China country and global as assigned in line with business strategy and priority.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or above in Business/HR/Engineering related discipline;
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in overall HR functions and preferable with commercial background, as client facing HR;
  • Proactive, diligent, quick learner, fast executor, willing to be “hands-on”, team player and strong communicator, good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems, able to negotiate, influence and resolve controversial, high impact HR issues;
  • Good project management skills;
  • Good communication in both Chinese and English;
  • Good organizational awareness;
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced matrix structured organization and be able to work under high pressure.
