Scope of Position

To assist DOHR in providing a professional and caring personnel service to all management and colleague and ensure day to day personnel activities are achieved.

Requirements

Education
Bachelor / Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources / Hotel Management discipline

Experience
At least 8 years in Human Resources field with 3 years in manager role
Experience in service industry, preferably in hotel industry

Job Skill / Knowledge
Thorough knowledge of local labour law and procedures
Good communication skills
Good connection with local government officials
Knowledge of HRMIS system
Basic training skills
Experience in handling labour union preferred

Computer Knowledge
Computer literate to basic MS software

Language Proficiency
Fluent in English and Mandarin

确保所有员工福利、员工设施和权利能及时、正确地维护和管理
确保招聘广告能及时、正确地刊登在报纸、网站和媒体上
确保所有员工纪录完全、正确和更新,包括人力资源软件系统
维护和更新人力资源部手册、政策和规定、工作职责
负责所有与员工餐厅有关的事宜包括定期参加员工餐厅会议
组织年度的员工晚会及郊游
与政府官员和外部的顾问如劳动局、区疾病控制中心、卫生和教育委员会、公司律师、当地的旅游学校和大学等联系
工会关系和谈判
委员会计划

职位要求

至少8年人力资源领域的经验,并有3年的主管经验
服务行业经验,酒店行业优先
有基本的办公自动化软件的操作技能
流利的英语和普通话
