Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve upon compensations and benefits; oversee the monthly payroll process
• Create and implement policies to ensure compliance with the employment ordinance while meeting the business needs of management and team member needs
• Implement strategic recruitment plans for rapid expansion
• Lead and guide a team of HR officers to complete daily operational tasks
• Create and execute new Human Resources initiatives to continuously improve company practices and foster a positive, productive, and rewarding work environment
• Handle ad-hoc reports, analytics, projects, and administrative tasks as required

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• 3 to 5 years of management experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Hands-on HRIS experience and know-how, with strong knowledge of HR Labor ordinance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, inclusive of HR, operations and administration management
• Experience in establishing work procedures, delegating tasks, and building upon new HR systems
• Strong command of the English language and excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong proficiency in computing software
