Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of HR on various HR projects in view of business expansion and transformation.
• Work closely with management to develop company's policies & procedures, manpower planning, performance management & staff cost budgeting, etc in line with business goals and needs.
• Leading a small team and oversee full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to compensation and benefits, budgeting, employee compensation and permit control etc
• Regularly review the internal workflow, procedures and internal & external documents to ensure compliance with related ordinances
• Maintenance HRIS
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Qualification: 

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command in English and Cantonese
• Immediately available an advantage
