Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Work closely with Management Team on Human Resources strategiesLead, coach, develop and support the team members on talent acquisition, performance management, campus program development and employer branding
- Manage the effectiveness in planning, organizing and managing various recruitment activities including Management Trainee Programme, Recruitment Day and other graduate recruitment activities
- Monitor the recruitment progress and participate in the manpower planning
- Responsible for campus recruitment and employer branding events
- All other duties as assigned
Professional should:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of human resources experience gained in sizable organization or hospitality industry, of which 3 years at managerial level
- Strong in front line talent acquisition network and campus attraction
- Detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving ability
- Strong self-motivation, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Mature, responsible, independent with positive and proactive attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
