The Company.

Our client is a well- established group with a wide range of business in different industry e.g. property, finance, Design & Build... etc. around the globe. To support the company's expansion in HK, they are now looking for a high calibre individual for the Human Resources Manager position in Hong Kong.

The Job.

• Provide full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent development, employee engagement and work permit
• Work with HR Director on various HR related projects like HR operations flow streamlining, employee engagement initiatives, HRIS implementation.
• Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
• Propose new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues with strong customer orientation.
• Develop, maintain and strengthening relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Support mid-year and year end performance review processes.

skills & experiences required.

• Degree of above in Human Resources or other related discipline(s)
• Minimum 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience in a sizable company, ideally financial sector
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
