Job Description
Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for handling full spectrum of C & B functions, performance management and employee relations and etc
  • To analyze and develop effective HR strategies and policies
  • To implement and enhance HRIS system
  • To lead and support job evaluation, external salary benchmarking and market surveys
Requirements :
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years' solid experience in C & B functions
  • Good command of  English, Chinese and Japanese (N1) 
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and good working attiude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Manager
