Job Description

We are now looking for personnel to join us for undertaking this multi-billion HK dollar transformation project leading the MPF ecosystem to a new era. If you are passionate to creating an impact to benefit the working population of Hong Kong and are keen and willing to work in a start-up style environment, we invite you to join the eMPF Platform Company. Successful candidates will be employed by the MPFA to work in the eMPF Platform Provisional Office (PO). Upon incorporation of the eMPF Platform Company, the employment will be transferred from the MPFA to the eMPF Platform Company.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage and carry out full spectrum of human resources (HR) functions including staffing and organisation planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, manpower cost control and learning and development;
  • Establish and implement HR initiatives such as HR outsourcing, benefits programme review, HRIS implementation, performance management system, learning and development curriculum and programme, employee engagement project, etc.;
  • Formulate, review and implement HR policies, procedures and programmes; and
  • Provide advice, guidance and support staff for compliance with HR policies.

 

Requirements

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university, preferably in human resources management or related discipline;
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in human resources management, preferably gained in sizable or public organisations;
  • Hands-on experience in implementation and/or operation of HRIS is advantageous;
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills with business acumen;
  • Self-organised, detail-oriented and able to complete tasks independently;
  • Flexible, having a can-do attitude and able to prioritise and work under pressure;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • Keen and willing to work in a start-up style environment with all the flexibility that requires and level of change involved.

 

Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered for the position of Senior Human Resources Officer.
