To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E Human Resources Manager UK, Ireland and Central Marketing EMEA ( location: UK ) Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director and functionally to the Zone Sales Leader for the UK and Ireland and the Central Marketing Directors, you will be leading the Human Resources Function for all employees that are part of the Country Sales Organisation for the UK and Ireland sub-region) and the EMEA Central Marketing teams, as well as forming part of the regional management team. You will provide daily support by managing and administering plans and / or programmes to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources to support business objectives, establishing solid partnerships and driving functional excellence and an optimal zone organisation. Your key deliverables: Set direction, priorities and culture expectations by driving the utilization of performance metrics, continuous improvement principles and change management plans, while maximizing employee ownership and engagement Provide guidance and mentoring to the leaders of people. Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading / coaching others through change. Provide coaching and feedback as needed to help Build Organizational Capability of the organization. As part of the Zone leadership team, drive the adoption of the new zone structure and way of working to ensure optimal use of resources and expertise and the desired economies of scale. Work with EMEA SSM HR team to drive consistency and standardization. Develop and deploy HR strategies to manage and drive the culture, and align the organization for growth and drive cross-country collaboration across the zone and the central teams. Identify the learning, training, and development needs of the organization and deploy effective training plans, which may include running workshops and training design. As a member of the EMEA Human Resource team, play a full role in projects and initiatives for the electrical EMEA HR organisation. Take a leadership role in some of the EMEA wide projects. Your essential skills we are looking for: Educated at Bachelor’s degree level from an accredited institution Coming with a senior level (at least 5 years) of professional experience in a similar HR function Strong with managing employee & labour relations, with proven ability to successfully drive change and leadership ownership/accountability Strong relationship skills required with the ability to navigate resistance, influence others and develop buy-in Possessing a good practical knowledge of UK employment/labour law. Knowledge of employment law in Ireland and/or other European countries would be particularly appreciated. Able to showcase your competence in a variety of HR domains, including Assessment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Wellness, Labor Relations, Inclusion & Diversity, Matrix Organization Possessing coaching/facilitation/conflict management skills and courage to use them at the right time Able to build organizational capability and effectively communicate ideas/thoughts to all levels of the organization Fluent in English and one other European language (preferably French) Excellent clear and transparent communication skills and ability to communicate across different cultures / geographic regions. Prefered experience in a rapid-growth company or business unit Travel for this role will be about 25% and will be needed to build relationship and credibility within the zone. Ability to conduct meetings and business remotely is also a required skill.
