Roles and Responsibilities

You will take up important roles of supporting Human Resources function.

Human Resources duties including but not limited to:

− Assisting in end-to-end talent acquisition processes including interview coordination and contract preparation;

− Assisting in new hire onboarding;

− Maintaining employee personnel records and filings in a timely manner;

− Assisting in foreign employees’ visa applications and renewals;

− Supporting compensation and benefits administration tasks such as filing tax returns and keeping leave records;

− Formulating Human Resources and Administration policies; and

− Assisting in organising team events and offsites.

Skills and Requirements

− Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration;

− Strong in organization, communication and interpersonal skills;

− Sense of confidentiality and ability to work reliably and independently;

− Comfortable working along team members of international background;

− Knowledge in Labour Ordinance;

− Immediate availability is highly preferred;

− Languages: full working proficiency in English; additional language skill is a plus; and

− IT proficiency: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word).
