Responsibilities 

• Participate in handling full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations.
• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including payroll, MPF calculation, taxation, employee compensation & relations and attendance & leave
• Medical insurance and all personal data & corresponding
• Formulate and implement Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements 

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in handling all rounded Human Resources functions.
  
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Office applications as well as Chinese Word Processing
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to work with people of all levels;
• Immediate available is preferred.
