Job Descriptions:

• Perform full spectrum of human resources functions covering talent acquisition, performance management, training, employee relations and compensation & benefits (C&B)
• Responsible for staff activities and team building activities arrangement
• Explain company personnel policies, benefits and procedures to employees
• Manage the operations including payroll and MPF administration
• Review company policies

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 3 years or more relevant working experience
• Experiences in handing over 100 staff is an advantage
• Animals lovers will be first considered
• Knowledgeable in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF schemes and related laws and regulations
• Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded and good problem solving skills
• Proficient in both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Immediate available is an advantage
