Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling full spectrum of compensation & benefits functions including payroll calculation, MPF and benefits administration in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in entire hiring recruitment process from attraction to selection and placement as well as on-board formalities;
- Update and maintain employee records and filing system;
- Assist in HR ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry is preferred
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, be able to work independently and to work as a team
- Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines
