Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview and identify qualified candidates for temporary and long term hires
- Manage monthly payroll and benefit administration
- Be fully responsible for all HR activities such as compensation and benefits management, employee relations, performance evaluation, training
- To assist the team in different aspects to support and optimize the results on talent acquisition
- To answer and handle candidate enquiries
- To participate in ad hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 year of experience in recruitment or human resource
- Experience in Security industry in an advantage
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, related legislation and regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Well knowledge in computer operations (i.e. MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing etc.)
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Immediately available is an advantage
