Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, interview and identify qualified candidates for temporary and long term hires
  • Manage monthly payroll and benefit administration
  • Be fully responsible for all HR activities such as compensation and benefits management, employee relations, performance evaluation, training
  • To assist the team in different aspects to support and optimize the results on talent acquisition
  • To answer and handle candidate enquiries
  • To participate in ad hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2 year of experience in recruitment or human resource
  • Experience in Security industry in an advantage
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, related legislation and regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and result-oriented
  • Well knowledge in computer operations (i.e. MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing etc.)
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Immediately available is an advantage
