Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying talent acquisition strategy to create value-driven recruitment process 
• Act as a key point of contact for HR issues related to Group HR policies and procedures, employment law and general practices
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Assist in implementing organization development programs to enhance employee personal and organizational development
• Participate in transformation projects such as manpower planning, talent assessment and etc.
• Assist Manager to build an Employer Brand which is unique from the market
• Handle branding projects and activities to increase brand awareness
• Liaise with Talent Acquisition Team to obtain information, analysis and metrics to keep track performance of tasks
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Marketing or related discipline
• At least 3-4 relevant working experience, preferably in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, organized, detail-oriented, able to be strongly independent and taking initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn, hard-working, able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks
• “Tech wiz” – Strong understanding and comfort leveraging digital platforms and social media
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
