Job Description
Your responsibilities
You are the HR partner for line management and therefore responsible for HR support to employees and managers. You are an HR professional who is able to quickly build up effective working relationships and you ensure that processes and programs are carried out efficiently and with an eye for quality. You actively participate in the HR team and the various management teams in your area. In addition, you advise and support in change management. You report to the Executive HR Manager Asia Pacific.

In this function you work closely with colleagues from different departments. This function is a great opportunity for an ambitious HR professional, who wants to work in a dynamic, international and growing company.

Your qualifications and skills

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Handle a full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to onboarding, recruitment and selection, training development and daily HR operations, mobility and Visa application.
  • Provide support and consultation to business partners in performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement and reward program.
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to strengthen the working relationship with different business units by providing professional HR advices and figure out feasible cross boarder solutions.
  • Implement HR programs and processes for the realization of business objectives.
  • Contribute to HR policy and instruments.
  • Participate in HR projects, policies / procedures review and any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Required Qualification
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years all rounded HR experience, preferably in a technical and project-based environment with highly trained employees
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and common HR practice
  • Self-starter, mature, flexible, Decision maker and strong stakeholders management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Willing to travel.
