JOB GOAL/PURPOSE
- Responsible for all human resources aspects in relation to Host Country Staff, and provides related general Q&As
- In charge of employees’ airfare related to summer travel airfare, incoming/outgoing air transportation, and bereavement airfare
- Arranges Employment Agreements for Host Country Staff with Deputy HR Manager
- Processes all statutory insurance and benefits contributions for PRC staff
- Provides general support to the Human Resources Director
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES:
? In charge of employees’ airfare including summer travel allowance, incoming, outgoing and bereavement
? General support to the Human Resources Director
? Work closely with HRD in the production of electronic HR surveys as and when needed
? Coordinate the new staff orientation program
? Collect claims from new hired faculty upon their arrival in Beijing and prepare reimbursement documents
? Coordinate with Finance Office for any payment and reimbursement related to HR matters
? Assist the Deputy HR Manager in preparing International Faculty annual employment contract renewal
? Prepare the employment contract for all PRC Staff
? Ensure accurate personnel files/records maintenance for PRC staff
? Ensure the international departing staff’s smooth transition out from BIBA
? Coordinate with related government bureaus on all statutory insurance and benefits contributions for PRC staff
? Administer commercial medical/accident insurance for PRC staff, and coordinate insurance payments with the Finance Office
? Manage the annual health checkup benefit for PRC staff
? Assist the Deputy HR Manager with data input to the system as and when needed
? Manage HR office supplies and venues
? Provide translation and other general support to HRD as and when needed such as policy translation
? Provide translation support to visa specialist during the visa peak season
? Supervise TTT program include but not limit evaluating effectiveness and recommending continuous improvements, attendance record, reports and supervision etc.
? PRC staff Dormitory management
? In charge of staff gift benefits, build up good relationship with staff by acknowledgements for staff who experience marriage, birth of new baby, death in family, etc.
? Perform other duties as assigned
Reginal Support
Providing Reginal support in the expert area as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
? Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese
? Intelligent, very organized, efficient and with positive attitude
? Excellent interpersonal skills with good team spirit
? Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
