Job Purpose:
Provide HR support function and other general administration matters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partnering with operating team to deliver HR services including payroll functions
- Participating in HR projects/initiatives & organizing engagement activities
- Participating in policy drafting and HR reporting
- Maintaining HR database and other HR records
Requirements:
l Degree in Human Resources or other related discipline
l Minimum 2 years relevant experience
l Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and practices
l Good interpersonal and communication skill. A team player and able to work independently.
l Responsible, self-motivated, attentive to details and well-organized
l Good command of MS Office
