Job title: Human Resources Officer
Report to: Assistant HR Manager
Job responsibilities:
1. Handle monthly payroll and labor administrative duties, including employment documents collection & Filling;
2. Prepare HR budget & forecast;
3. Maintain HR system, employee files and update of HR shared folders;
4. Prepare monthly reports (Monthly HR data report, Labor cost follow up, Long-Leave follow up, monthly documents follow up, movement report, etc. );
5. Handle permit/visa application
6. Assisit office management activities and reception;
7. Handle Attendance System
8. Participate in ad hoc and other HR related projects as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline;
- At least 2 years C&B related experience;
- Knowledge of labor ordinance in China is a must;
- Responsible, detail-minded and willing to take up challenges;
- Excellent in communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent in organization and time management skills;
- Able to work independently and as a team;
- Good in written English;
- Good proficiency of MS Office.
