Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible in monthly payroll and MPF calculations in Hong Kong / Macau, maintaining high accuracy of payroll data in HRIS, and ensure all employee records are up-to-date, ensuring salary and related payment are in compliance with local law and in timely manner, compiling payroll reports, providing assistance in ad hoc projects that assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in Human Resources functions in sizable company
• Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
• Solid knowledge in Macau law and regulations is preferable
• Detail-minded, well-organised with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
