Division: Human Resources

In this position, you will:

• Responsible for the data consolidation and analysis, and compile HR analytic reports for management review
• Participate in development and enhancement of HRIS
• Maintain and review the accuracy of HRIS
• Assist in C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF administration, attendance records checking & maintenance
• Assist in C&B exercises such as annual pay review, performance bonus and sales incentive programs
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as participating in salary surveys, audit exercises, keeping abreast of the local legislations’ updates with market review

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant hands-on experience in data analysis and handling HRIS, preferably from Telecom / Retail industry
• Well versed with HK employment ordinance and related legislation
• Strong sense of numeracy, with detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Excel, knowledge in using IPL or other HRIS is an advantage
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
