Job Description
Responsibilities: 
  • Perform the full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, employee compensation, MPF, tax returns and other C&B related matters 
  • Handle projects such as forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure review, position and job grade system
  • Assist Manager to review and develop HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labor ordinance, MPF ordinance and other local regulations
  • Prepare regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Company Management
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' solid experience in HR generalist or C&B role
  • Experience in FMCG and retail industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in using MSOffice application especially Excel and Word
  • Knowledge in HR systems is an advantage but not essential
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Strong numerical sense, detail oriented and self-motivated is a must
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility, can work under the great pressure
  • Good personality and able to be a good team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Officer
  • Working Location: Shatin
