Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform the full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, employee compensation, MPF, tax returns and other C&B related matters
- Handle projects such as forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure review, position and job grade system
- Assist Manager to review and develop HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labor ordinance, MPF ordinance and other local regulations
- Prepare regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Company Management
- Degree in Human Resources, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years' solid experience in HR generalist or C&B role
- Experience in FMCG and retail industry is an advantage
- Proficient in using MSOffice application especially Excel and Word
- Knowledge in HR systems is an advantage but not essential
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
- Strong numerical sense, detail oriented and self-motivated is a must
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, can work under the great pressure
- Good personality and able to be a good team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- More experience will be considered as Senior Officer
