We currently have a vacancy for a Human Resources Officer in the Shared Services team who will provide efficient, effective pro-active support to the HR team and managers within the firm, using a consistent approach across different parts of the business.

Responsibilities

- Handle compensation administration - payroll, tax filing, MPF, etc
- Handle benefit administration and staff matters - medical, leave, staff movement, etc
  • Maintain HR database, Plan and organise staff wellness programmes
  • Assist with ad-hoc assignments

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources or business-related discipline with one year's relevant experience preferred; recent graduates with a proactive learning attitude will also be considered
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other benefits / funding schemes across China and Hong Kong
  • A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills are essential (Mandarin is desirable)
