Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Participate into various tasks within the project scope including but not limited to system design, data preparation, running UAT testing, liaison with vendors, user training and other related administrative support
  • Ensure local labour regulations and operations scenarios are catered by the system 
  • Get involved in other HR projects and HR functional duties as and when required

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related disciplines.
  • 3 – 4 years' of relevant experience in Human Resources, focusing on HR systems roll-out and implementation, experience in Architectural/Engineering industry is preferable
  • Solid HRIS project management skills and hands-on experience in supporting and/or implementing the system.
  • Detail-minded with good numeric sense and strong data analytical skills with knowledge in HR processes
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and achieve results in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
