Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening and qualifying, to evaluating candidates for talent mapping, liaising with hiring managers on resourcing needs and hiring decisions, and facilitating onboarding procedures for successful candidates
• Translate business goals and objectives into HR solutions
• Take ownership of responsibilities, meet deliverables and work within guidelines
• Coordinate the placement of adverts, and manage the effective use of search firms
• Track statistics and prepare periodic reports for recruiting activities
• Coordinate human resources and recruitment events

Experience

• A university degree holder from all disciplines preferably in Human Resources, psychology or business-related majors
• 1 year’s relevant experience in recruitment and resourcing is preferred, fresh graduates with a proactive learning attitude will be considered
• A strong team player with good communication and inter-personal skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written), fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
