Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of human resources services, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, onboarding and offboarding, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, performance management and HRIS management, etc. 
  • Provide professional advice to line managers on staff issues proactively
  • Manage in HR Process Improvement Projects
  • Handle ad hoc HR projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level, preferably in the industrial environment and recruitment function
  • Able to perform multi-tasks and work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical & organizing skills
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English

Candidate with less experience or qualification will be considered as Assistant HR Officer.
