About Role:
We are looking for a strategic HR Program Manager (PMO) to work closely with
Lenovo Data Center Group HR team. In our journey of organic/ inorganic growth,
business transformations & organizational changes, this position is going to

Responsibilities:
• Understand region and country’s business model and objectives and contribute
to the development/implementation of both business and HR strategies that
align with those objectives
• Effectively partner with the business, DCG HR team, members of functional
and worldwide HR teams, HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence and
successfully drive HR programs for DCG. Programs and initiatives including
performance management, recruiting, workforce planning, organizational and
talent reviews, change management, talent reviews, succession planning, career
management, performance management and recruiting
• Provide input to design and implement reward structures that reward and
recognize high performance consistent with the organization’s core values and
business circumstances
• Drive informed decision making through the use of data to identify trends,
determine root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Provide input and support to formulate and implement effective strategies to
enable the organization to thrive through periods of change
• Support Learning & Development in identifying and addressing competency,
knowledge, and talent gaps through needs analysis and implementing learning
solutions and training programs
• Assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices
vis-à-vis the relevant comparable corporate, industry, and market benchmarks
• Manage any other work projects and / or responsibilities that may be
assigned by your supervisor from time to time
#### Position Requirements:
Work Experience:
Total no. of yrs of exp.: 7+ Years
Relevant no. of yrs of exp.: At least 7 years of proven HR experience
(generalist or business partner experience essential, other types of HR roles
experience desirable)
Relevant industries: product sales, especially computers, peripherals, smart
devices, food or consumer electronics
Must have experiencing working in and supporting a global organization across
regions as an HR Partner for at least 7 years.
Key Functional Skills:
• Demonstrated competence in organizational development, coaching,
compensation, employee relations and local labor law
• Strong business acumen, consulting, analysis, project management,
communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and problem
solving skills
