Job Description
Siemens is a leading global technology company with over 175 years of experience. We are looking for a P&O Project Coordinator to join our team and help our organization optimize the performance of our HR Systems and Processes. As a P&O Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for translation of business requirements and streamlining HR Process to achieve efficiency, proficiency and cost saving measures. You will also be responsible for proposing solutions and quick fixes to tackle business cases and implement these solutions. At the same time, you will have a hybrid role within the Human Resources organization, who will be able to assume different activities as a generalist, supporting the development of critical and high impact projects in support of the Human Resources Managers, ad hoc to the particular situation of the business. Ultimately, you will work with a team of HR Specialists and Managers across various departments to ensure an organization is performing as efficiently as possible. Responsabilities • Coordinate diverse projects and initiatives in the P&O area • Collaborate with internal and external partners on executing P&O roadmap, including, e.g. IT, global and local expert teams, external vendors • Collaborate with HR staff and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term solution • Identify areas for improvement and define measures and actions in collaboration with P&O organizations and in line with our global strategy • Challenge the status quo and optimize the landscape in alignment with our P&O Service and IT strategy • Assess current system and processes; identify and recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HR Systems. Required Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in related field required. • At least 2 years project management experience in the P&O, P&O Transformation and P&O Tech space Required Knowledge/Skills • Proficient in Spanish and English. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good coordination and communication skills. • Experience and Knowledge of HR Processes – is an advantage. • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. You will require agility to change, data analysis and interpretation for use and implementation.
