Scope of Responsibility/工作职责：

1)      Be in charge of whole interview process, including industry analysis, candidates sourcing, interview organization, background check, candidate evaluation and offer independently.

2)      Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and expand the talent pool and enrich database for company.

3)      Develop, build and maintain the relationship between university, promote the implementation of campus recruitment.

4)      Be responsible for recruitment ongoing report, recruitment budget setting, monitor talent market, competitor information collection, data analyst and recruitment strategy formulation, implementation.

5)      Vendors’ management and internal job board’s usage such as Smart Recruiter.

6)      In charge of recruiting projects.

Qualifications/任职资格：

1)      Bachelor’s degree.

2)      Interested in headhunting industry, and ability to analyze data.

3)      Above 5 years relevant work experience, headhunter is a plus.

4)      Professional service mindset and results oriented.

5)      Good communication ability.

6)      Willing to work under great pressure.
