As a Human Resources Senior Specialist, you will have on your own responsibility being the first point of contact for all Management and Trade Unions queries and topics related to their area of responsibility. You will be responsible for all manufacturing technologies as well as central functions in the plant organization;  providing comprehensive HR service to given functions/technologies in a proactive and strategic manner in line with business requirements, and supporting managers and employees in finding solutions for department-specific and individual HR issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree in administration or similar.

•  +3 years of professional experience as HR Generalist, preferably in automotive or Manufacture Industries.

• English on a professional level.

• Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law.

• Knowledge of Laboral regulations such as: legitimation, outsourcing and NOM-035.

• Availability of working shifts of operation (2nd and 3th and/or Saturdays).
