Scope:

The Human Resource Specialist - APAC is supporting the HR department by performing assigned human resources work in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development and policies and guidelines. The Human Resource Specialist – APAC provides general administrative and organizational support for the department.

Accountabilities:

• Coordinate talent acquisition processes as needed, including required approvals, advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding assistance.
• Provide excellent customer service in all HR-related interactions. 
• Prepare and coordinating administrative tasks like maintaining personnel files, new employee orientation, coordinating with management for probation assessments and coordinating employee recognition/morale events.
  
• Assist in other HR functions includes but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Training and Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Support HR Management with administration of various projects and policy/procedure implementation and changes.
• Provide support to meet internal customer needs that ensure strong cross-functional & regional communication.
• Manage, provide troubleshoot, training and administration of HRIS, and other HR related systems.
  
• Any other ad hoc duty assigned by management

If you are: 

• Degree holder in HRM is preferred, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Admin or with an equivalent combination of education and experience (Work experience in MNC environment or HRBP role for Asia will be an advantage)
• Proficient in Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition and HR projects management
• Analytical, positive, professional at all times, able to manage “up” and take initiative when necessary
• Excellent in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
