Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Independently implement recruitment plans based on company recruitment goals and identify appropriate resources accordingly.
2. Responsible for interview organization, recruitment registration, onboarding follow-up, employee conversion, and resignation procedures.
3. Responsible for social security, attendance management, and salary administration for company employees.
4. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
1. Two years of recruiting experience, preferably manufacturing experience.
2. Proficient in various recruitment channels, familiar with the recruitment process, and possesses professional knowledge and skills in job analysis, interviewing, and other areas。
3. Familiar with national, regional, and corporate laws, regulations, and policies regarding contract management, salary systems, employment mechanisms, insurance and benefits.
4. Flexible and outgoing, with strong communication and coordination skills and logical thinking abilities.
