As a HR Trainee, you will gain your expertise in Human Resources through experiential learning in various HR practice areas such as Talent Acquisition, Talent and Development and other HR operations and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Your first rotation would be in Talent Acquisition. The scope of work includes:
- Partner with the HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand the manpower and recruiting needs
- Execute end-to-end recruiting process and hiring strategies
- Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates
- Develop, organise and participate in employer branding activities be in on-campus initiatives or social media engagement
- Lead and support in other company-wide initiatives or HR assignments
Essential Requirements
- You have a Bachelor Degree preferably with a Masters Degree from a top university
- If you are a fresh graduate or have less than 1 year experience, you are encouraged to apply
- You have a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry and/or the finance shared services industry
- You demonstrated actions for continuous learning and improvement
