Job Description

Position Objectives:

  • sets the strategic human resource and administration direction, programs and processes designed to attract, retain and motivate “Ideal Team Players”
  • ensures that the offices in the Generations group are operationally efficient and effective
  • provides a perspective on growth and expansion; and supporting and sustaining a collaborative culture at Generations and its Schools while adhering to the mission, vision and values of Generations
  • be a partner to the Senior Leadership Team to identify talent gaps and address needs of staff
  • ensures the effective and equitable administration of all compensation and benefits programs and has direct oversight of the human resources and administrative functions in all offices
  • possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills

Requirements:

  • degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • at least 5 years of solid HR & administration experience with minimum 2 years in a managerial level
  • well versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • thrives in a dynamic, collaborative work environment
  • company secretary experience is an advantage (not a must)
  • experience in education industry, payroll or HR systems, such as EZ Pay is a plus
  • proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
