Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support in recruitment and selection including job advertisement posting, job description review, interview arrangement, direct sourcing, screening, background check, offer proposal and employment contract preparation
  • Maintaining of employee personal data, leave and attendance record
  • Handle daily HR operations including compensation & benefits, staff relations, performance management, etc.
  • Handle other ad-hoc HR / Admin related projects as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1 year or above relevant experience
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant regulations
  • Independent, self-motivated, proactive, well organized and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills
  • Fluent in Chinese, Putonghua and English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of HR & Admin clerk
