Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Focus in recruitment and selection including job advertisement posting, job description review, interview arrangement, direct sourcing, screening, background check, offer proposal and employment contract preparation
- Maintaining of employee personal data, leave and attendance record
- Handle daily HR operations including compensation & benefits, staff relations, performance management, etc.
- Handle other ad-hoc HR / Admin related projects as required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 2 years or above relevant experience (1 year recruitment experience is obligatory)
- Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant regulations
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive, well organized and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills
- Fluent in Chinese, Putonghua and English
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of HR & Admin clerk
