Responsibilities:
Assist in full spectrum of office & shops administration and HR functions
Involve in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, interview arrangement and managing the hiring process
Search new shops to support business expansion
Handle legal documentation as well as tenancy administration
Handle other ad-hoc HR / Admin related projects as required
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
2 years or above relevant experience (1 year recruitment experience is obligatory)
Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant regulations
Independent, self-motivated, proactive, well organized and excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills
Fluent in Chinese, Putonghua and English
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of HR & Admin clerk
