Roles and Responsibilities

You will take up important roles of supporting both Human Resources and Office Administration function. Progressively, you will be offered more responsibilities and opportunities to advance your career in areas you wish to specialise in.

 

Human Resources duties including but not limited to:

  • Assisting in end-to-end talent acquisition processes including interview coordination and contract preparation;
  • Assisting in new hire onboarding;
  • Maintaining employee personnel records and filings in a timely manner;
  • Assisting in foreign employees’ visa applications and renewals;
  • Supporting compensation and benefits administration tasks such as filing tax returns and keeping leave records;
  • Formulating Human Resources and Administration policies; and
  • Assisting in organising team events and offsites.

 

Office Administration duties including but not limited to:

  • Providing secretarial support to the Senior Management;
  • Greeting visitors and answering phone calls;
  • Organising filings of various documents;
  • Coordinating meetings and managing staff travelling matters; and
  • Supporting ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors.

 

Skills and Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration;
  • Strong in organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Sense of confidentiality and ability to work reliably and independently;
  • Comfortable working along team members and clients of international background;
  • Knowledge in Labour Ordinance is preferred but not a must;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred;
  • Languages: full working proficiency in English; additional language skill is a plus; and
  • IT proficiency: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word).
