Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Complete recruitment needs for business departments through various recruitment channels;
2. Responsible for the execution process and handling of relevant procedures for employee turnover, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and other changes in business units;
3. Responsible for managing employee files and renewing expired contracts;
4. Responsible for checking the attendance of business unit employees and answering salary inquiries;
5. Assist business departments in optimizing personnel management, including employee care, employee activities, employee motivation, performance management, cultural promotion and integration, employee relations, etc., help identify and diagnose existing problems, and assist in solving them;
6. Cooperate with the needs of the business department, provide other human resources related support, and handle HR related emergencies;

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in human resources, enterprise management, psychology, etc;
2. Strong logical thinking and good writing skills;
3. 2 years of practical experience in human resources, familiar with national labor laws and personnel policies is preferred;
4. Having good interpersonal skills, learning ability, organizational and coordination skills, and communication skills;
