Position: High School Humanities Department Director
Working Schedule:
• Weekly Hours: Mon. - Fri., no more than 40 hours per week (including office hours)
• Teaching Hours: Less than 25 hours per week, covering ESL, Literature, Psychology, and History
• Responsibilities: Daily management and teaching research
Salary and Benefits:
• Competitive Salary: 32,000 - 38,000 RMB pre-tax (depending on experience)
• House Allowance: 2,000 RMB

Requirements:
• Language: Native English speaker
• Qualifications: Teaching license or QTS, PGCE preferred
• Experience: Minimum two years of related work experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a related major
• Personal Attributes: Reliable and trustworthy
