Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review food safety and hygiene systems for an establishments of policies, procedures, guidelines, working instructions and records on GMP / HACCP / ISO 22000 system
  • Lead and conduct quality inspections and hygiene occupational safety audit with written reports
  • Monitor food production flow, cleaning standards of all equipment and pest control
  • Monitor the health condition of food handlers and arrange medical examination or suspension of work where necessary
  • Routine shop visit to ensure all food production and working environment complying with Hong Kong Food Safety Ordinance and OSH Legislation
  • Arrange and attend monthly meetings for top management review
  • Update and review Food Safety and Hygiene Handbook
  • Conduct FSMS / HACCP-related trainings to all food handlers
  • Handle complaints or enquiries from customers on the hygiene matters of food and shop environment

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Food Science or related discipline preferably with relevant professional qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 years solid experience in in F&B or FMCG industry
  • Excellent Knowledge on GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP
  • Possess Hygiene Manager Certificate
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill with positive attitudes
  • Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Strong PC skills, well versed with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
